KleenWraps wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For KleenWraps online purchases, we will accept returned KleenWraps merchandise only if it complies the criteria set forth herein. To obtain a return, you must request one through within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of your online order. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your online order. 

KleenWraps will send a return shipping label at the Company expense for returned merchandise where the customer payed for shipping. For instances where the customer received free shipping, the customer must return the merchandise at their expense. Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. 

KleenWraps reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the criteria set forth herein.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For multiple product orders, we kindly ask that the merchandise be returned in one consolidated package.

 Return by Mail​

  1. Request a return within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of your online order. Please contact to receive a return. Your request must include (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a copy of this Return Policy indicating the reason for return.

  2. If you originally paid for shipment, please wait for KleenWraps to send a return label for your package. If you received merchandise with free shipping, please send the package to the address below at your own expense. Pack your unused merchandise securely and ensure that the order number is indicated on a copy of your invoice.

  3. Once we have received and processed your return you will be notified by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your refund to be processed.
