Return Policy

KleenWraps wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For KleenWraps online purchases, we will accept returned KleenWraps merchandise only if it is accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and otherwise complies the criteria set forth herein. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must request one through within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of your online order. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your online order. 

Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. A copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your Return Authorization Number clearly documented. 

KleenWraps reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the criteria set forth herein. In such instances, KleenWraps will send the product(s) back at the customer’s expense.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For multiple product orders, we kindly ask that the merchandise be returned in one consolidated package.


Return by Mail​

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of your online order. Please contact to receive a Return Authorization Number. Your request must include (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a copy of this Return Policy indicating the reason for return.

  2. Pack your unused merchandise securely and ensure that the Return Authorization Number is indicated on a copy of your invoice.

  3. Please affix the included FedEx Return Label (valid for U.S. orders only) on your package and drop it off at any local FedEx location. Be sure to note the tracking number for your records.

  4. Once we have received and processed your return you will be notified by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your refund to be processed.
